Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Return

1. Log into your account and navigate to your order history
2. Select the order and items you wish to return
3. Print the prepaid return label
4. Pack items securely and drop off at any authorized shipping location

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

• Clearance items marked as final sale
• Auction items (all auction sales are final)
• Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
• Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order.
