These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, storefront, and auctions operated by Zyra E-Commerce LLC ("Zyra," "we," "us"), a Virginia limited liability company, including our Zyra Auctions and ALFA Outlets brands. By accessing or using our site, creating an account, placing a bid, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to bid or buy. By using the site you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are using the site for lawful purposes.
Some features require an account. We use passwordless (magic-link) sign-in, so keep access to your email secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your contact and payment information current. Notify us at support@zyra.eco if you suspect unauthorized use.
Our inventory is largely overstock, open-box, refurbished, clearance, and liquidation merchandise, and much of it is one-of-a-kind. Each listing describes the item's condition and includes photos; items are sold in the condition described. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before purchase. We work to keep listings accurate, but if an item's price or description contains an obvious error, we may correct it, and we may cancel and refund an order placed on the erroneous terms.
Payments are processed by Stripe; by paying you authorize the charge to your selected payment method. We do not store full card numbers. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your fulfillment location and destination.
Orders are fulfilled by local pickup in Fredericksburg, VA or by shipping on eligible items, as described in our Shipping & Pickup Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy. Both policies are incorporated into these Terms.
You agree not to use the site to engage in fraud or bid manipulation (including shill or collusive bidding), to interfere with or disrupt the platform, to use bots or automated means to bid or scrape data, or to violate any law or the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The content on this site — text, images, logos, and software — is the property of Zyra E-Commerce or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use it without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of the site.
Except as expressly stated and as required by law, the site and items are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. This does not exclude any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zyra E-Commerce will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
