In-store pickup is the lowest-carbon fulfillment we offer. Local pickup orders skip the brown-truck ride entirely and cluster at our Fredericksburg warehouse.
We re-use vendor cartons whenever possible and right-size cut-down boxes from the inbound shipment for outbound orders.
Items that can’t move at any price tier go to local charity partners (Mercy House, Hope Village). We publish the quarterly count.
